External mac keyboard commands?

Hey everyone,

I just picked up one of the new mac keyboards, and as some of the F keys have been re-mapped, F11 no longer hides all screens. As I use this frequently on my macbook, I want it as well on my external. So I set it to one of the few unmapped F keys, F6. However, if I do this, F11 stops working on my macbook keyboard (and F6 doesn't work because it's the number lock)

So is there any way to change keyboard shortcuts between keyboards? So F11 hides all screens on the macbook keyboard, and F6 does the same on my external?
