I am intending to get one of the whitebook's once they begin shipping with snow leopard. However I was wondering what the best external monitor on a budget was, I am quite tempted by the BenQ E2200HD. I also wondered what adaptors/cables I would need to make it work. Thanks

P.s exscuse the stupid questions i am new to macs and have not previously used an external monitor with a laptop.

I have a polycarbonate MacBook also, and I love my monitor.

It's a Samsung SyncMaster 2253lw. It was relatively cheap, but yet the color quality is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Good luck!

Check out Best Buy, I got a 20" Hannspree, they are $139 now, great picture, 15000:1 contrast ratio, HDMI ready, really nice!
