External microphone comparison, i need help

Currently looking at the


Blue Spark Digital Microphone

and the Apoee Mic.

These are for my sisters as christmas gift. I do not know which one to go with. We have the latest apple gear so i think the Mic would let me take advantage of lightning cables. Anyone have personal opinions?
