external modem for Beige G3 mini tower

Through incredible luck I was able to acquire a beige G3 mini tower for free. So far everything works great. I was able to install up to 10.2.8 and it seems to be doing fine.

The only thing is that it doesn't have a modem. I was going to give it to my mother as her introduction to ichat, iphoto, email, surfing the web, etc.

Can anybody tell me where the best place is to find a modem for it, preferably not breaking the bank in the process!!!
