External monitor for MB pro 2015

Hello!
I'm writing for kind of advice. I have MB pro mid 2015 15"
- 2,5Ghz i7
- 16 GB
- AMD Radeon R9 M370X

And looking for external monitor 4k.

Did this will work at 60hz if i use MiniDisplay-Displayport cable?

Yes, discontinued, but its still available in local stores.
There is no problems if signal go out with miniDP and go in as DP? i am newbie around this.

That should work fine. Displayport (mini plug or full sized, plug size doesn't matter) generally works best.
