External Monitor; menu bar on one and dock on the other?

I need the menu bar on my external monitor for PS and the like, but I'd prefer to the have the dock visible without it cluttering things up, so it'd be great if someone knows how to isolate it to my other monitor... Cheers!

That's certainly one of the major problems that almost all Mac evangelists conveniently forget about. Unfortunately there is no way to do this with OS X and unlike Windows, there aren't any third party apps like Ultramon do help you out.
