Ok, so I bought a new 13.3" MacBook Pro a while ago and got a 23" monitor to go with it instead of getting a free iPod touch. The guy at Future Shop told me I needed an adaptor and advised a Mini-DVI to VGA adaptor which I ended up buying. The trouble comes in where there is no Mini-DVI slot on my laptop rendering my adaptor and monitor useless.

There is a slot for a monitor plugin but I don't know what kind of adaptor I need...anyone else have this problem or have any advice?

Thanks,
Blaise

Shouldn't any monitor bought at this point also have a DVI connection? You should probably get a MDP to DVI adapter.
