External Monitor No Longer Recognised (Macbook M1)

Hi all.

I have a Macbook Pro M1. I had been happily using a Dell se2416h as an external monitor for work. It no longer sees any external monitor connected. The only thing I can think of that has changed is updating to Sonoma.

I have replaced the dongle with quite an expensive one, I have replaced the HDMI cable with a good quality one too. Still nothing. I have tested the monitor with a PC and it works fine. I have went into Settings > Displays and tried to manually detect monitors. I have also tried other resolutions. Nothing has worked so far.

Any ideas? Thanks for the guidance,
