External Speakers for a Macbook

I have the XtremeMac Tango and want to use it as external speakers for my Macbook. Is it possible and what cable would I need to do so? I'm pretty sure it has a 3.5mm line in jack but I'm not very knowledgeable on these sorts of things. Any help would go appreciated. Thanks.
