As a change from these iphone 6s threads, I thought I'd ask something different.

Are these external storage solutions for iphones, ipads, etc worth spending my hard-earned on? If I bought a new iphone 6s for example, (sorry, :p) would these be worth getting to increase memry capacity at a cheaper rate?
 
The would give you access to files but you would need to carry it with you. Open up a free DropBox account and put all your documents there. Extra memory on the iPhone will cost you about a $100 extra. Pick your poison.
