External Thunderbolt RAID for Lightroom question

Hello,
My new Mac Studio should be arriving tomorrow - with that, I bought an OWC external thunderbolt drive
Its 4 drives with a total of 16TB
The drive will be backed up via my cloud backup service...
I was wondering if I should just run it as one 16TB drive
or use RAID 5 ?
It looks like id be losing about 5-6 GB in RAID 5 - was wondering people's opinions about that...
if the 1 drive redundancy is worth the lose in total storage
for reference - my current LR catalog is on a USB external now ( one 8 tb drive ) and has 2016 - 2022 and I still have about 1.8 TB left.
Please let me know your opinions.
