External Time Machine drive ''readable only'' for other users then me?

as the title says, how can i put an external drive to be only writable and readable by me. and only readable by other users on my network.

When i go into disc info where you can normally change the preferences it show 2 kinds.

(unknown) - Read and write
everyone - no access

i have 1 mac and 2 other windows in the house. those can already access this drive. but i want them to be ''read only''.

how can i accomplish this?
