External USB 3.0 SSD drive recommendations?

Ideally something that's bus-powered so I don't have to lug a separate power supply. Looking for 150-250GB or higher, and compact size/weight is a plus.

Price/durability is my largest concern. As durable yet inexpensive (without sacrificing reliability) as possible.

Bumping this since I'm still searching for something more compact.
What was the company that was selling the USB 3 sticks made out of old MacBook SSDs or whatever? I kind of want something like that that has a smaller form factor.
