External USB under Spotlight indexing after each connect
There is an external USB 3.0 drive. Used along with iMac 2013 late and OS X 10.9.5 on it.
The drive is formatted to GPT and two partitions. One in Mac OS Extended Journaled case non-sensitive.
Another partition is FAT32. Furthermore some free space in the drive's end section.

All partitions on this drive were removed from Spotlight indexing (system preferences) on initial connection.
It is not desired to have that drive indexed by Spotlight. Nor such indexing for that drive would generate any value.
However, on every next connection (usb drive to imac) the Spotlight starts to index its partitions.
One can see it on drive's activity lamps and the Spotlights indexing progress bar.

How to disable efficiently and durably the Spotlight indexing for all partitions on that drive?
