Whenever I reboot into Windows 7 on my 2012 Mac Mini, the drive mounted in my external Vantec USB 3.0 dock refuses to appear. I have to get up and power the dock off and on again for it to appear to Windows 7 Boot Camp. Is there a way to get the drive to appear without resorting to a hardware button? I tried disabling and re-enabling the USB 3.0 controller in the Windows Device Manager but that did not work.
