Is there an external version of iSight in the 27" LED Cinema Display?

I was at an Apple Store recently and was impressed by how crisp the iSight in the 27" LED Cinema Display is. I know the "iSight" name has been affixed to various webcams over the years, and I have an older FireWire iSight which is not nearly as good. I searched to see if there was an internal teardown identifying the iSight components as being shared in an existing, ready-to-buy webcam, but I couldn't find results.

Further context: good Mac webcams are scarce, not just because of the hardware but the software's lacking. I own several, including a Logitech QuickCam Vision Pro (has compatibility problems with Screenflow) and aGent v5 (sharp image, but drivers are crippled — you can't turn off auto-exposure), and haven't found a webcam I'm really pleased with yet.

Many thanks in advance.
