Extigy and OS X 10.3

I've looked all over the web and can't seem to find a straight answer to the question of whether the Sound Blaster Extigy works on OS X 10.3. Can someone please confirm/deny it please.

Are there any other USB 5.1 audio cards that are good for a Powerbook?
