EXTP iPhone 5 preorders! (ATT)

Same here. EXTP889982. Ordered 9/14 @ 1pm PT. Status shows that I ordered on the 15th. Still backordered. AT&T refunded the "Upgrade Fee" at least.
EXTP is the back of all the orders I know it. So pissed off. I seriously just wanna be done with apple at this point.
They called me. Offered $100 statement credit (which I accepted).
The next day, I went to Apple Store. 5 minutes in and out. Cancelled AT&T order.
I have been a dedicated Apple customer for more than 6 years. Currently, all of my "everyday" consumer electronics (phone, laptop, & desk top) are all Macintosh. With that being said, I could not agree more with xmarcuswildx. I may have just become spoiled over the years by Apples above average performance (both in their products as well as their services), but nevertheless, I have never been so furious with a consumer based company in my life.
Extp889985 here and still on backorder as of about 2 min ago... Ordered on the 15th but ATT ********* me over and it didn't process tell the 19th... I have a feeling that I'm going to be waiting the full 21 days.
I have a expt order placed on friday the 14 it got pushed back two days i called att and they said 21-28 days for me order so i can cancel and now going to do the apple reservation online
