Extra character on address book labels

I downloaded a font so that I could print mailing labels to match my save-the-date cards, but when I went to print the labels, a character (looks like a "u" with a French accent grave over it) was added after the city name and the state. So the labels are unreadable. Is there any way I can get into the formatting to figure out what's going on? Thanks!
