I'm curious to know how many of you MR folks hold onto stuff you don't need anymore? I've got all kinds of mower parts like the gas tank pictured that I don't need, yet I continue to keep this stuff.

What about you, are you the type to hold onto useless stuff you don't need, or are you the type to keep everything organised and only keep stuff that's useful?

Friday when the garbage truck comes, I'll try to work up the courage to throw this Briggs & Stratton gas tank away. ;)

You could use the gas tank as a popsicle stick receptacle! :p

A gas tank and popsicle sticks... What would MacGyver do?

Recycle, dude. Anything that is still good, either sell it in your local paper or whatever or take it to a local charity store. In the case of your gas tank, why not take it to a local car yard? I'm sure there's a good chance someone could use it.

I've got too much stuff taking up space. I've got an IBM Aptiva in the garage packed in the box. It has a freshly erased hard drive with Windows 98 SE loaded on it. A friking antique. Works fantastic as long as you don't expose it to the internet. :p
