extra long miniDVI to DVI cable

Who sells extra long mini DVI to DVI cables ?
Apple's version measures only 8 cm.
A cable with 30 cm length would be ideal.
I hate to have the cable mess of bulky connectors to my Cinema Display next to my pretty 12" baby PowerBook G4.

Nobody. But you can buy a DVI extension cable. And why doesn't the Cinema Display's cable reach to the PowerBook?

It does, but it splices into FOUR SHORT and bulky cables with connectors for firewire, USB, CD power supply and DVI. This requires the CD power supply to also be very close by.
I wonder why A had not thought of a better solution.
