Hello,
Using IP-15, OS - 17.1.1
All of a sudden my iCloud backup of device (not messages, pics etc) jumped to nearly twice the size.
It's normally 600-700MB, now showing 1.4GB
After deleting the cloud backup, I see under
Settings -> User -> iCloud -> Manage Account Storage -> Backups -> 680 MB
But
Settings -> User -> iCloud -> iCloud Backup -> 0MB as backup this iPhone is disabled.
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255242609 suggested solution is:
"They made me reset my phone to factory settings and update and delete the backup and also remove the beta version and backup again and restart over and over and eventually it went back to normal. "
SMH
Any workaround to resetting phone?
Thanks,
