extract a trimmed clip from iMovie?

I'm using iMovieHD 6.0.3, and I have taken a longer clip that i have trimmed into several separate clips.

I want to extract them, to do som edits outside of iMovie, but I can't figure out how to do it. If i just click and drag one out, it tries to movie the entire original movie.

Any help is much appreciated.
