Extract audio from .asf

I have an asf file that has no video and just audio. I need to extract the audio and add it to a powerpoint show so i can convert to movie. I have managed to convert the asf to a mov file but i can not seem to figure out how to get the pure audio and make my computer realized that there is no video. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also it wont let me add the mov file to imovie for whatever reason.
