Extract different image from Live Photos?

is it possible to extract a different image from Live Photos? I have some images that are not good, but the Live Photos feature was able to capture a good image in there. Not sure if the quality will be as high, or if the images are full resolution but it's better than a totally ruined photo.

It's just a .mov file so you can do a screen grab by the manner of your own choosing.
