Extract images from emails?

At work we send around hilarious images to our team mailing list.

I want to be able to collect those images and stick them in a folder, automatically. So whenever an email comes in, if its from a certain email address, and if it has any images, the image is grabbed and stuffed in a folder on my desktop. Is that possible?
