Extract media from Apple TV?

I decided I needed to reinstall Leopard because my iMac was starting to slow down a bit...deleted what I didn't want to keep, did a complete backup with Time Machine and reinstalled OS X. Went to reload from the backup and ooops, nothing there. Looked everywhere for the file and all it said was "incomplete".....uggh. My question is this: I had my entire iTunes library synced to my ATV....is there a way to retrieve it from there and get them back on my iMac? Also, what about all the apps I had downloaded for my iDevices? No more Time Machine for me. It's Super Duper or CCC from now on.

If you can't remember what you had, you can click thru your history in iTunes.
