Extract notes from old backups?

Is there any way I can extract notes from any of my old backups? I lost some important information and was too stupid to back them up.

i hate myself for being so dumb but what happened happened, is there any way i can open the old backups without restoring from it and have them available to copy/paste somewhere else?

Notes can be found in your backup. You'll have to go into your backup folder and access the file manually. You'll be able to extract all of your old notes out of it.
