Extract OGM

Is there a way to extract the pieces from an ogm file on a mac? What I really want to do is to convert an ogm file that has two audio tracks and a subtitle track for my ipod touch. When I convert it with visualhub it only ends up with one audio file and no subtitle file. I know you can do something like that from a DVD with handbrake. But I have an ogm file. Thanks!
