Is there a way to download a YouTube video, extract a clip from that video, and then re-post the extracted clip, all within iOS (i.e., without using a Mac or PC)? This assumes, of course, that any permissions from the original poster are obtained if needed. Thanks for any suggestions.

EDIT: Alternatively (and even better actually), is it possible to post a link to a specific portion of a YouTube video that was uploaded by someone else? Example, say there’s a 10-minute video, but I just want to link to the portion from 2:13 to 2:47. Hope that makes sense.

EDIT 2: I guess google is my friend. This can easily be done by appending the time stamp to the URL. Sorry for the intrusion. Back to your regularly scheduled programming...
