Extracting Assigned Contact Photos

So, I restored my iPhone w/o saving the images. One of the images I assigned to a contact. Somehow it's stayed intact with the iPhone image and will always show up when the person calls.

I am currently browsing through my iPhone's HD via Iphone Browser, where would I go to extract the image?
