Can you extract files out of a backup? I restored my phone, not from a backup, and need to recover notes and some songs out of 4 track. I suppose I could put the Backup back on there, transfer, and then re-restore, but I'd like to avoid it. Thanks!

my photos are in the back up but won't go back on my phone and i don't wanna have to buy some software just to do that
Did you ever think of just backing them up by syncing them to your computer, so you're not just relying on your phone?
do you think if i create a 'back up' and then later restore it, everything i backed up should be restored?
