Extracting Lion dog from thumbdrive

I made a bootable Mac OSX Lion thumbdrive previously. However I lost the original file and would wish to extract a copy of the installer from the USB. Is this possible??

You can't just copy the files from the thumb drive. Holding the "option" key and clicking on purchases in the Mac App Store will allow you to download the lion installer. That is, if you actually purchased it on the Mac App Store.
