Hey guys, I need to reformat but I need to get my StarCraft cd key from the Library/Preferences (I think they're there right?) Any idea how I can do this, the only file that is "Starcraft Preferences" only gets opening by a classic program that doesn't work, and I need to get this working so I can format...thanks.

You need to get Text Wrangler.... and then open the file in that...
I have opened it for Little Snapper....
You need to find the PLIST line that has the key in it, and then copy it out...

The main problem, though, is determining which file contains the key. I suspect that the key is hardcoded into one of the binary files that are created when the game is installed.
