extracting / restoring NUMBERS file

I have an old backup (iOS 4) that I have a file in Numbers that I want to restore to my iPad.

I downloaded JucePhone, and see that the back up has a thumb nail of the file I need, but I do not see the files. It appears that they are in a db file?

/Application Data/Numbers/Library/Application Support/Documents/15/Previews

any idea beyond, backup iPad, factory rest, restore iPad from backup, of getting these files?

64G iPad takes soooooo long to do this.
