Extracting text and format from PDF

I have a 24 page PDF that I want to extract the text and the formatting out of it. Is there software out there that will do this (free or paid). I will do this weekly and really don't want to have to copy and paste.

Adobe's paid version of Acrobat can export to a Word file.
