Extremely Discounted MBP - Too good to be true?

I recently came across a website (http://www.psyonicarts.com/MacBook-Pro-i7-Core-Laptop.html?NID=10311654) claiming to offer new 17" MBPs for just $1000, and I was a little skeptical that it seems a bit too good to be true.

I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this website and if it is a legit offer.

It's a scam.
They offer a machine worth 3799 USD from Apple for 1000 USD. When it is too good to be true, then it is most likely not good.
