Extremely Limited User Enviornment

So every Easter my family has a party and my friends come over and they want to use my computer. So I was wondering if I could create a limited enviornment where they can just use safari and itunes to play music and like do nothing else. I was wondering how could I do that?

Create a new account in System Preferences --> Accounts. Select that new account and go into the Parental Controls tab. You'll find all sorts of things there. You can even select which programs the user can and cannot use.
