Ok usually what I do is work on a photoshop image in photoshop, then save it as a jpeg. When I open this jpeg in preview, and zoom out, the picture becomes very blurry. The old preview didn't used to do this, why? how can I fix it?

example, this is a Cadillac I've been working on in photoshop. This is the original size:

This is a screen shot of it when you Zoom out in preview:

of course preview does this with all kinds of images, from jpegs to pngs to previews of psd files. any image when zoomed out becomes like this.

this is extremely annoying, anyone know how to fix this? The old preview was not like this.

Thanks!
