Hi everobody,
I have an iMac running Leopard, VMware and Vista at the same time. Vista is installed in boot camp and opened through VMware. Furthermore I have a Windows 2003 Server. The iMac is connected to a wireless switch, which is connected to the same LAN switch as the server.
If I try to upload a file to the server from Leopard using SMB, I get fine speeds. Everything works well.
The problem is, that if I do the same from Vista my speeds are about 20 kb/s. I am developing a web site for example, which it takes about 15 minutes to upload to the server from Vista. It is 10 megabytes. Leopard -> Server is fine but Vista -> Server is extremely slow.
At the moment I am transfering the files using FTP.
Any ideas?
Best regards.
