Extremely weird glitch in iphone 5 springboard

ok the photos speak for themselves... its not jailbroken its ios 6.0.1 and i did it by making folders of installing apps ok click the link!

Looks like the app install process is stalled. This can happen if you drop in or out of wifi mid-download.

You can reboot your phone and try again, or connect to iTunes and update your apps that way.

I had that on my iphone 4 with IOS 4. I kept it like that for a few weeks.

Connect it to your laptop and let it sync through iTunes...you should be ok after that.

yeaa it looks like its trying to do a wifi sync of the apps or something like that..although i dont see the icon.. id just plug it up to your itunes!
