This morning I rebooted my 3.06 24"iMac and the boot time seemed very long. First I saw the apple logo and the revolving beach-ball then the screen turned light blue and sat there for at least five minutes. I have to admit the first time I did this I hit the power button as I thought it was frozen. The second time I let it run and after a while it came to the desktop. Anything I should do?

UPDATE: I figured it wouldn't hurt to repair permissions so I did so using Onyx and this was the result: Started verify/repair permissions on disk disk0s2 Macintosh HD
Group differs on "private/etc/cups", should be 0, group is 26

Finished verify/repair permissions on disk disk0s2 Macintosh HD

What does the above mean? Also I repaired permissions yesterday using the disk utility from Apple and got no such error.
