eyeTV 3 TVTV missing info

I have just installed eyeTV on my new mac.

The TVTV guide seems to have channels missing.

For example, no Virgin 1. Do TVTV not have this listing? If not how can I set recordings, there is nothing in the guide....

Go to channels and check that the setting in the epg column is tvtv.
