I recently got an EyeTV 500, and let me first start off by saying it's a great product, and I would buy one again in a second.

I've had a few problem though. The first one is the signal isn't strong enough for Clear-QAM, but I'm fixing that by having the cable guy come later this week. The main problem I'm having though, is kernal panics. I originally had the storage in the RAM, but that messed eveything up, and I had a two kernal panics before I changed that. I have a feeling that was a memory leak. Then today, I've had two more kernal panics, the first one by accident, and then the second one was trying to manipulate what I had done.

What I did was quit the app, and then pressed the power button on the remote, and then immediatly the screen turned that greyish shade, and the little box popped up. I was wondering if anyone else could manipulate the last two kernal panics, and see if that happens with yours. I'm hoping this is just one glitch in the program, not something that reveals a larger problem underneath.
