EyeTV and 10.5.3

My Live TV window freezes after about a minute. Annoying.
I've got a Dual 2.5 GHz PowerPC G5 with 8G RAM

reinstalled it and still no luck. this is the error messages that are in console. any ideas?

I've had no issues with my iMac & EyeTV with the OS upgrade.

I'd check with Elgato, their support team is pretty good, and they usually respond right away.

My problem turned out to be with the Firewire chain.
The EyeTV200 firewire was plugged into a Firewire DVD burner.
When I connected it directly to the Mac, everything was fine.
