EyeTV: Can't Get "My EyeTV" to work for Viewing on iPhone

I have the latest Airport Extreme Base Station... I tried port mapping. I tried DMZ. I tried bridge mode.

When in preferences in EyeTV, it tests (yellow circle), then it says basically that I'm having a double nat problem. I then turn my airport into bridge mode and it says that, "Automatic configuration of Router Failed."

Any ideas? Thanks
