Eyetv HD PVR windows drivers?

Quick story, I have an atom pc that runs windows sitting by my directv box I have tried to find a usb to IP convertor but that hasn't worked well, so I am thinking I could do ORB but the problem is I need drivers for windows my eyetv HD PVR anyone have any ideas?

The EyeTV is essentially just a repackaged Haupppuage HD PVR dongle for Mac.

I didn't think of that. I wonder if iF I could just modify the device I'd in the driver to install with theirs. Although that might be above my hacking scale of tools.
