Eyetv Hybrid vs. Slingbox

I am about to get an Eyetv Hybrid, but have had some other thoughts since i started reading about the slingbox. I like the hybrid because it seems very simple and easy to use (but others have told me that here in canada the OTA isn't very good and that there are going to be a lot of wires with it). On the other hand the slingbox has no wires to connect to my Blackbook. My other question is will the Slingbox work with a Free To Air box??? Because i was reading about having to input a code of which reciever and am unsure if it will have a code for the Pansat 2500?? Please let me know as i am looking to buy EITHER one today!!
