eyetv program guide

so i have a eyetv hybrid and when using it i cant get the program downloads

i have a titantvaccount but when i try to download the program update it says invalid uuid

any ideas?

would be cool to have the program guide

What are your settings in the Guide tab of your Preferences for EyeTV?

I am having similar issues all of a sudden-my program guide does download but when I scan for channels, an entire set of channels that I got yesterday are just being somehow not found anymore. And if they are found, the channels have severe static or are otherwise unwatchable.

I am very close to re-installing but I don't think thats the issue.
