Hello,
I use EyeTV Hybrid with my MacBook to watch TV on my external screen. The strage thing is, that if it is connected to Cable TV, and I plug in an ethernet cable connected to my friends computer (Windows machine), the lights will go out (in our entire dwelling (thats the corrent word I hope??)). This even happens if my MacBook is on battery. For me there is only one conclusion: Somehow there comes a lot of power into my MacBook by Cable TV and goes trew ethernet into my friends Computer, wich causes the short circuit.
What do you think? Dangerous to my MacBook? Whats causing it?
Thanks in Advance!
